Job description

Weekends-Only Call Assignment - OB / GYN - Wisconsin

We have an ongoing locums need for an OB / GYN physician in Wisconsin. This is a low-volume, call-only assignment offering an ideal supplement to your current practice, with weekend dates still available.

Highlights

  • Only 1-2 weekends needed per month
  • Call-only coverage (7A-7A)
  • Low volume : 0-3 patients seen per shift
  • Open to IMLC Physicians

Practice Setting

  • Hospital-based OB / GYN call coverage
  • Beeper call with a 30-minute response time
  • Covers low-risk pregnancy patients

    • Schedule

  • Ongoing part-time or PRN coverage
  • Seeking 1-2 weekends per month (Friday-Monday)
  • You choose the dates that work with your schedule

    • Procedures and Cases

  • Routine vaginal deliveries and C-sections
  • FHR interpretation (NST / CST / FSE)
  • VBACs and repair of 3rd / 4th degree lacerations
  • Surgical GYN : Ectopic pregnancy, ovary removal, cystectomies

    • Requirements

  • Board Certified in OB / GYN or OB / GYN Surgery
  • Active NRP certification
  • Must have 12 months of experience

    • Credentialing Requirements

  • Credentialing process takes approx. 90 days
  • Credentialing support provided
  • Will license for IMLC candidates with an active LOQ
