Qualifications : Associate's degree from a Commission on Accreditation in Physical Therapy Education (CAPTE)-accredited program, must pass the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE) for licensure, OH State License Pay Packages are all inclusive, built on 40 HRS / 13 weeks and subject to confirmation and other fees not defined by facility.
