Become a part of our caring community and help us put health first. The Print Project Manager is responsible for the end-to-end management, production, and distribution of printed materials. This role integrates process management among internal business functions and external print vendors, overseeing operations, logistics, inventory control, and compliance with strict Service Level Agreements (SLAs). The position requires a keen focus on continuous improvement, cost-effectiveness, and alignment with organizational strategy, ensuring effective communication across all stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities :

• Focuses resources on continuous improvement of the movement of printed materials through various production processes and establishes key performance metrics and benchmarks relating to print production planning / forecasting to measure actual performance against goals on a regular basis.
• Directly manage special handling of accounts payable (A / P) checks and ensure all documentation and attachments are correct prior to vendor processing.
• Track courier deliveries for check files and maintain daily records for accountability.
• Monitor incoming emails and distribution lists for all print and mail requests, addressing issues promptly.
• Respond to ad-hoc check pull requests, confirm actions, and maintain accurate daily and monthly records.
• Gather and interpret relevant data for budget planning, forecasting, and performance analytics.
• Creates integrated processes among internal functions such as business owners, operations, purchasing and logistics, and outside print vendors.
• Promotes alignment by understanding and communicating customer needs and requirements throughout the organization and external print vendors.
• Understands department, segment, and organizational strategy and operating objectives, including their linkages to related areas.
• Contributes to RFP Execution, Management, and Analytics.
• Follows established guidelines / procedures.

Pay Range : The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc. $65,000 - $88,600 per year. This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and / or individual performance.
