Transfer Admission Counselor

Position Summary
Reporting to the Campus Director of Admissions, RH and the Associate Director of Transfer Admission, the Transfer Admission Counselor is responsible for recruiting, reviewing and yielding transfer and spring first-year undergraduate students. This position is a member of a larger admission team, all of whom are responsible for conveying the mission and essence of the University experience to both students, parents, counselors, and other influencers. The Transfer Admission Counselor manages a defined recruitment territory and manages projects and processes related to transfer admission. The role requires independent travel for 4-6 weeks per admission cycle, as well as some evening and weekend work.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree. 0-2 years of experience in Undergraduate Admission. Valid Driver's License
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with transfer admission Familiarity with Technolutions SLATE or similar admission CRM systems. Possess skills to read and synthesize information within compressed time frames and for a high volume of application information.
