The Client Enrollment Associate in our team will play a key part in delivering clear, professional, and personalized service. As a Client Enrollment Associate , you’ll interact with clients in person, present products and services in an informative way, and ensure their enrollment process is smooth and accurate. The Client Enrollment Associate role offers hands-on experience in client service, communication, and business operations, all while contributing to a fast-paced marketing environment. Support daily campaign operations and help fellow Client Enrollment Associates achieve collective goals. Collaborate with other Client Enrollment Associates to share ideas on best practices and enhance client experiences. Address client questions and concerns with empathy, efficiency and transparency. Participate in ongoing training to improve service skills and client enrollment techniques.
