Sales Engineer Military & Government Accounts

We are seeking an energetic and skilled Sales Engineer with experience selling to military and government agencies. This role is critical in driving our sales growth and establishing a stronger presence in this sector.
With your background in RF engineering and technical sales, you will :
- Leverage your expertise to engage with clients, understand their needs, and propose tailored solutions.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams, including sales, engineering, and R&D, to align our offerings with market demands.
- Actively pursue new leads while strengthening relationships with existing clients.
- Contribute to innovation by recommending new products and enhancements based on customer feedback and industry trends.
Key Responsibilities :
Client Engagement :Identify and pursue new clients who could benefit from our RF solutions.Travel to meet potential and existing clients to understand their needs and present our solutions.Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with government agencies, contractors, and other key stakeholders.Technical Sales :Manage and interpret customer requirements to provide tailored solutions.Prepare and deliver compelling technical presentations and product demonstrations.Offer after-sales support to ensure client satisfaction and long-term partnerships.Account Management & Collaboration :Administer client accounts, ensuring efficient communication and timely delivery of solutions.Work closely with technical support, engineering, and R&D teams to align customer needs with our product capabilities.Marketing & Business Development :Support marketing initiatives by attending trade shows, conferences, and other events.Stay updated on market trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities.What We Offer :

Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, RF Engineering, or a related field (preferred).Proven experience in technical sales, particularly with government agencies and military clients.Strong understanding of RF technologies and their applications in defense and government sectors.Excellent communication and presentation skills.Ability to travel domestically and internationally as needed.Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.Must be a US Citizen.Must have a US passport.Must have held a security clearance within the past 5 years (not required to be active).Veterans preferred
