Business Analyst (San Antonio)

Seeking 2 Analysts to analyze, strategize across multiple teams How to enhance tools, system, capabilities. Analyzing people, process & technology. Working across teams to help coordinate different projects, reporting, and making data-driven decisions.

Responsibilities

• Will work with teams across Claims Optimization IT partners, data partners, data to support decision and IT to make something happen.
• Will review work from Adjusters & the claims file
• Working with leaders Director, Executive Director, pitch ideas
• Strategizing Excel, Word, PPT to help pitch business ideas and dig into data.
• Setting goals and monthly metric reporting for benchmarks and deadlines.
