California Licensed Staff Accountant

A company is looking for a Staff Accountant.

Key Responsibilities

Ensure the integrity of accounting information by recording, verifying, consolidating, and entering transactions

Prepare timely financial statements, maintain corporate records, and handle regulatory reporting

Assist in the analysis and preparation of financial data and perform routine accounting responsibilities

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in accounting or equivalent experience

Professional accounting qualifications (CPA, CA, ACCA, etc.) or intent to obtain certification

Sound knowledge of GAAP and insurance accounting principles

PC literacy with working knowledge of Microsoft Office products

Ability to meet tight deadlines
