Summary / Objective :
The primary objective of the Modular Client Solutions Executive is to identify modular construction opportunities and offer technical solutions while maintaining customer relations in order to achieve divisional contract award and margin targets.
Essential Functions :
Identify and develop client relationships to generate new business opportunities in for MEP and FP modular construction marketsWork with the team to enrich current client relationships for repeat business opportunitiesEvaluate viability of project opportunitiesWork with technical resources to offer modular solutions to traditional construction clientsCollaborate with marketing to create, promote, and maintain presentation toolsPromote Atlantic Modular nationally and create positive brand recognitionLead the estimate, presentation and proposal processFollow up with proposals for feedback and negotiation of pricingManage favorable contract terms through award and executionMeet or exceed annual contract award volume and margin targetsPerforms other duties as assignedSupervisory Responsibility : No
Required :
Bachelor's degree in construction, Business, or related field with a minimum of 3 years professional experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience in industrial / commercial construction environmentProven ability to establish and grow successful relationships with key decision makersKnowledge of conceptual estimating of HVAC, Plumbing and Process PipingAbility to develop and maintain relationships with clientsAbility to work as part of a collaborative teamStrong written and verbal communication, decision making, and problem-solving skillsOutstanding presentation and relationship building skillsMust possess excellent time management and organizational skillsDemonstrated proficiency with MS Office Suite, to include MS Project, and AccessMust adhere to all company policy and procedures.Must be available to work assigned schedulesThe work environment and physical demands required would be representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job, and may include, but are not limited to the following :
