Job description

Job Description

As part of our mission to pave the way for children’s success worldwide, Therapy Source is seeking a part-time  Occupational Therapist to provide in-person services for charter school students. This position is for ESY and the upcoming school year.

Occupational Therapist Position Details :

  • Evaluations needed - 6 and ongoing services for approximately 10 students
  • Part-Time (2 days per week approximately during the school year)
  • 8 : 00am-3 : 00pm (Flexible scheduling)

Occupational Therapist Qualification(s) :

  • Licensure as an Occupational Therapist in the state of New Jersey
  • School Certification in the state of New Jersey
  • Possession of (or willingness to obtain) up-to-date clearances
  • Proof of individual professional liability insurance (or willingness to obtain)

    • Occupational Therapist Responsibilities May Include :

  • Addressing personal, social, emotional, academic, and vocational needs which impact educational goals.
  • Assisting in evaluations and providing appropriate goals for students that require occupational therapy.
  • Providing continued support for students’ Individual Education Programs (IEPs).
  • Maintaining appropriate records and documentation.
