Job description
A company is looking for a Crisis Counselor to provide telephonic support and crisis intervention services remotely.
Key Responsibilities
Provide empathetic telephonic support to individuals in distress
Assess emotional and behavioral health concerns and provide appropriate resources
Maintain accurate documentation and ensure a secure, HIPAA-compliant workspace
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree from an accredited 4-year college or university
Minimum of 1 year direct experience in behavioral health, counseling, or social services
Remote work requires Colorado residency
Ability to multitask and navigate multiple software systems
Emotional resilience and professionalism in crisis situations
