Requirements
Required Qualifications :
1. Ability to communicate effectively with Guests, Team Members and Management in both written and verbal form.
2. High School Diploma or equivalent.
3. Must be at least 21 years of age.
4. Possess a valid Driver's License.
5. Once hired, must be able to obtain Gaming work card, Guest Intoxication Awareness Training, CPR / AED Certification, Verbal Judo, and Defensive Tactics training. The company will provide training.
Physical Requirements :
1. Manual dexterity to operate job related equipment.
2. Ability to subdue person(s), ability to run, climb stairs, sit, stand and walk for duration of shift. Ability to drag an unconscious person during an evacuation.

3. Acute sense of smell and sound, and the ability to communicate using a two-way radio and telephone.
4. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds with or without assistance.

Job Description
Position Summary :
Ensure the safety and security of guests, Team Members, and Company assets. Perform responsibilities in accordance with all Company standards, policies and procedures.
Essential Functions :
1. Responsible for redefining hospitality at Graton Resort & Casino while living, supporting, and promoting our values.
2. Respond to and assist in all emergencies, including but not limited to fires, medical emergencies, and criminal activity.
3. Patrol and observe all public areas, Team Member service areas, and Company grounds for the safety of guests and Team Members.
4. Respond to all disturbances in order to defuse the incident. Be prepared to become involved in a physical confrontation if necessary. Always remain alert.
5. Observe, report, and take action as directed by the supervisor with respect to all suspicious, unusual situations.
6. Have working knowledge of, and enforce all applicable laws, policies and procedures.
7. Maintain a high level of personal integrity.
8. Ensure overall guest satisfaction.
9. Practice teamwork, support fellow Team Members, and create an energized, positive work atmosphere.
10. Maintain grooming and uniform standards. Overall appearance is to be immaculate, and badge is to be worn at all times.
11. Interact with guests in a friendly and courteous manner.
12. Be aware of and handle guest opportunities.
