Technical Project Manager, Partner Operations

We are looking for a motivated operations and project management professional to join a fast-growing team focused on scaling physical infrastructure through a global network of partners. The ideal candidate brings 2–8 years of experience managing complex projects with onsite or field-based components and has a strong track record of driving operational excellence and partner success.

Responsibilities :

  • Manage critical pre-deployment milestones and coordinate with partners to ensure site readiness.
  • Identify and mitigate risks to avoid last-minute project delays.
  • Balance partner capacity, customer timelines, and internal dependencies to ensure smooth deployment execution.
  • Run bid processes, define scopes of work, validate quotes, and ensure installs meet cost and quality standards.
  • Keep both partners and internal teams aligned with timely and transparent updates.
  • Create and refine playbooks, systems, and processes to eliminate bottlenecks and support scaling.
  • Lead partner engagement—including onboarding, performance reviews, and regular calls—to ensure accountability and continuous improvement.
  • Translate field and partner insights into actionable improvements across processes and product design.

Requirements :

  • Bachelors Degree
  • 2–8 years of experience in operations and / or project management, particularly with field-based or onsite deployment work.
  • Proven end-to-end project ownership, from planning through execution, in environments with physical installation or technical field work.
  • Strong background in partner / vendor management, including subcontractor oversight—bidding, onboarding, and ongoing performance management.
  • Demonstrated career progression and long-term tenure at previous roles.
  • Experience in hardware or networking industries—particularly working with managed service providers (MSPs) or systems integrators—is a plus.
  • Strong project management capabilities—skilled at managing deliverables and deadlines across distributed teams.
  • Experience with subcontractor onboarding and coordination, project scheduling, pipeline management, and process optimization (including automation).
