Certified Medical Assistant

Support physicians and other healthcare providers by handling patient scheduling, maintaining medical records, and assisting with examinations and procedures. You will play a vital role in providing excellent customer service to patients, ensuring compliance with all healthcare regulations and standards.

Responsibilities :

• Perform routine clinical procedures such as taking vital signs and preparing patients for examinations.
• Assist providers in setting up rooms for procedures.
• Maintain accurate patient records using the EPIC charting system.
• Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and standards.
• Travel between clinics as required, without any weekend or on-call duties.

Work Environment :

The work environment includes a variety of shifts, all consisting of 4x10 or 5x8-hour days, with start times between 7 : 00 AM and 8 : 30 AM. The typical workday runs from 8 : 00 AM to 5 : 30 PM. You will be expected to adapt to different clinic settings while maintaining a high standard of professionalism.

We have various different locations available between Seattle, Olympia, Edmonds, Redmond, Bothell, and Everett. Not all positions require to float.

This is a contract to hire position based out of Seattle, WA.

Pay and Benefits :

The pay range for this position is $26.00 - $32.00 / hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
