Rapidly Expanding Real Estate Team is seeking a highly motivated prospecting specialist skilled in cold calling and door knocking. The ideal candidate is a lead-generating powerhouse with strong closing abilities.
This role is a 90-day prospecting boot camp designed to prepare you for obtaining your Real Estate License, which we will finance. Afterward, you will transition into an agent role within our company.
If you prefer to remain in the ISA position without licensing, your bonus structure will be adjusted to reward closed listings, and the role will become full-time.
We provide ongoing training, coaching, a CRM, transaction management support, a full-time Marketing Director, and experienced buyer agents to help convert leads into deals. The program continually offers leads and prospecting assistance for successful participants.
During the bootcamp, your daily activities will include prospecting for new clients through inbound and outbound lead sources, managing leads in our contact management system, and setting appointments with qualified prospects. This role involves significant calling activity . You will gather critical information about leads and schedule appointments for our Listing and Buyer Specialists.
Must have the ability to handle rejection professionally. Resilience is essential, as you will encounter rude responses and refusals. Your success depends on your drive and persistence.
