Accounting Specialist

Pay : $23 - $25 / hr.

Key Responsibilities :

• Support invoicing, payment posting, and reconciliation of credit cards and cash deposits.
• Manage collections, credit holds, and customer account setups.
• Resolve invoicing issues and handle customer communication professionally.
• Process ACH payments, credit card transactions, and account applications.
• Maintain exemption certificates in Avalara and track new customer accounts.
• Perform credit overrides, forward purchasing emails, and issue gift card points as needed.
