Roles and Responsibilities :

• Lead and manage the planning, procurement, implementation, and lifecycle management of mechanical equipment and fleet assets.
• Coordinate and align with cross-functional teams including Mechanical, Procurement, Capital Programs, and Budgets to ensure seamless project execution.
• Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource plans; identify risks and mitigation strategies.
• Serve as the subject matter expert and primary point of contact / liaison between the Mechanical and Procurement departments, facilitating clear communication and decision-making.
• Ensure all mechanical asset projects adhere to safety regulations, environmental standards, and organizational policies, in collaboration with other subdepartments within Mechanical.
• Track performance metrics related to cost, timeline, quality, and operational impact of new and existing assets.
• Support procurement strategies and vendor selection processes, ensuring reliability, and lifecycle performance.
• Drive continuous improvement by analyzing post-implementation performance and incorporating lessons learned into future projects.
• Prepare and / or deliver presentations and reports to senior leadership regarding project milestones, status updates, and forecasts.
