Summary :

Working in a supportive role under the direct supervision of the Pharmacist, the Pharmacy Technician III - Anticoagulation Program role is an expert Pharmacy Technician who assists the pharmacist by preparing and distributing medications, maintaining drug inventory and pertinent patient records. This role serves as a resource / mentor for other Pharmacy Technicians.

Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)

• Education : Associate's Degree preferred.
• License / Certifications : Current or eligible for applicable state(s) license as a Pharmacy Technician. CPhT or PTCB certificate is required within one year of hire.
• Experience : Three years of experience as a pharmacy technician in healthcare or related environment required. Demonstrates competency in all essential functions of a Pharmacy Technician II role.
