Job Requirements :

Active New Hampshire Special Education certification

Previous experience in a school-based setting preferred

Strong classroom management and communication skills

Ability to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)

Job Duties :

Provide direct instruction and support to elementary students with varying needs

Develop and monitor IEPs aligned with state and district standards

Collaborate with general education teachers, paraprofessionals, and families to promote student growth

Maintain documentation and participate in IEP and team meetings
