Role Overview

Our Deal Structuring & Pricing (DSP) professionals form a world-class, global pricing organization. The Deal Structuring (DS) team, part of DSP, consists of more than 700 Accounting and Finance professionals with pricing and commercial structuring expertise worldwide and reports to the Accenture Chief Operating Officer. The DS team works closely with sales, solutions, and legal to shape and price complex consulting and outsourcing arrangements, developing business cases for client engagements, new offerings, and go-to-market opportunities.

Deal Structuring Analysts prepare financial models for new managed services and consulting arrangements, support pricing approaches and client value propositions, and prepare income statements, balance sheets and cash flows in compliance with US GAAP, Accenture Policy and Commercial Standards.

Responsibilities

  • Leveraging client cost data to develop cost baselines and client business cases
  • Identifying costs and performing the cost buildup for an individual opportunity
  • Identifying other cost saving opportunities within the deal
  • Applying the agreed upon pricing methodologies
  • Ensuring revenue recognition is US GAAP compliant and Accenture Policies are reflected accurately within the financial models

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or other Business-related major with a graduation date between December 2026 and August 2027
  • 6 credit hours or more in Accounting
  • Bonus Points

  • Learning and practicing financial accounting such as reconciliation, invoice preparation, processing financial transactions, and preparing financial budgets
  • Experience in pricing and deal structuring
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to work on more than one project at a time
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Comfort talking with senior leadership
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Creative and analytical problem solving; ability to share ideas in person and in writing
  • Professional Skills

  • Demonstrated leadership in a professional setting (military or civilian)
