DURAFRAME LLC Project Manager Position :
The Project Manager is responsible for leading projects from pre-construction through completion, ensuring timely delivery within budget and scope. This includes early-stage planning, resource allocation, and coordination with design teams, as well as overseeing execution and stakeholder communication. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented and capable of managing all phases of construction with a strong understanding of the industry, contract documents, and framing assemblies. Duraframe is an established business dedicated to providing the commercial construction industry with innovative and economical prefabricated steel framing solutionsincluding Curv Trak radiused architectural framing, ceiling clouds, faade framing, trusses, and light gauge metal framing wall panels. Salary is competitive and based on experience.
Duties & Responsibilities
Main Activities :
- Good Customer Relationsour most valuable customers are the field guys
- Review pre-construction documents, digital drawings, and specifications to help estimators accurately define project scope.
- Negotiations with GCs and Customers as to Project timelines, schedules, and overall project expectations
- Understand the Submittal Process & Organization of this process
- Have a full understanding and assisting in scheduling of projects
- Understand & be able to discuss project details, dimensions, etc.
- Understand Purchasing, Price Checking, and Communicate Variances
- Be able to take responsibility of Shipping and Logistics
- Do take offs for all material and order from suppliers
- Be a vital part of multiple projects in the scheduling process
- Assist and work closely with Estimating, Drafting, and Production Departments
- Able to make site visits to be able to assist problem solving
- Understand and maintain confidentiality relating to all business activities, manufacturing details, and customer and / or supplier details
