Partner Operations Manager

A company is looking for a Partner Operations Manager who is highly analytical and data-driven.

Key Responsibilities

Analyze partner performance data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement

Develop and implement financial models & strategies to optimize partner relationships and enhance operational efficiency

Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align partner strategies with broader business objectives

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, or related field

3+ years in operations, strategy, or business development, ideally in travel, fintech, or membership sectors

Advanced proficiency in Excel and / or SQL, with experience in data visualization tools

Strong understanding of partner operations, process design, and dispute resolution

Proven ability to develop financial models and strategies that optimize partner performance
