Job Responsibilities and Requirements

Intralox is seeking an experienced Oracle EBS Manufacturing Systems Lead to oversee the administration, optimization, and reliability of our Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) environment. This senior-level role leads both onshore and offshore technical teams supporting critical manufacturing and supply chain applications.

The ideal candidate has deep expertise in Oracle EBS Manufacturing modules ( BOM , WIP , INV , CST , etc.) and a strong track record of guiding distributed teams to deliver secure, high-performing enterprise solutions in a fast-paced, global environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor onshore and offshore DBA and application support teams across multiple time zones.
• Own the architecture, maintenance, and performance tuning of Oracle EBS R12 Manufacturing applications.
• Partner with business and functional stakeholders to translate manufacturing needs into robust EBS solutions.
• Plan and execute EBS patches, upgrades, and integrations with other enterprise systems.
• Ensure stability, availability, and security across all EBS environments.
• Drive automation and process improvements to optimize system performance and support.
• Collaborate with IT leadership on ERP roadmap planning and modernization initiatives.
