About the Role

We’re looking for a Risk Insights & Reporting Manager who can turn data into decisions. This role goes beyond traditional reporting—it’s about connecting insight to impact. You’ll take complex enterprise risk information and create executive-ready materials that simplify complexity and drive action across senior management and board audiences.You’ll sit at the intersection of analytics, governance, and strategy—partnering across the firm to ensure every report is accurate, consistent, and meaningful. The “so what” message is critical : your work will help leadership prioritize and act on the risks that matter most.

What You’ll Do

Enterprise Risk Reporting & Analysis

• Lead the design, production, and continuous improvement of executive-ready risk reports and dashboards for senior management and the board.
• Analyze data across risk domains to identify emerging issues, trends, and interdependencies.
• Translate quantitative and qualitative data into clear, actionable insights aligned with the firm’s risk appetite and objectives.
• Ensure all outputs are executive-ready—clear, concise, and structured to support strategic decision-making.

Salary Range = 215000 - 250000 USD Annually + Benefits + Bonus

The referenced salary range is based on the Company's good faith belief at the time of posting. Actual compensation may vary based on factors such as geographic location, work experience, market conditions, education / training and skill level.
