Director Income Tax

The Director, Income Tax is responsible for managing the company's income, franchise and property tax functions, including compliance, planning, tax provision, and special projects. This leadership role will oversee tax filings, tax payments, financial accounting for income taxes, owner tax distributions, and provide strategic guidance on tax-related matters to drive value across the organization.

Responsibilities

Tax Planning & Strategy

• Support the development and execution of income tax planning strategies.
• Assist with transfer pricing documentation and supply chain tax planning initiatives.
• Identify tax risks and opportunities; propose and implement strategies to improve the company's tax position.
• Communicate the company's tax strategy and posture to senior leadership.
• Collaborate with cross-functional departments to identify ways the tax function can add value to operations.
• Network with industry professionals to stay current on best practices and regulatory changes.
