As a Clinical Nurse, you will play a crucial role in fostering a compassionate and caring environment for patients, families, and colleagues. Your dedication, kindness, and active listening skills will be instrumental in upholding the success of our mission.

Key Responsibilities :

• Implement physician orders, administer medications, start IVs, perform treatments, procedures, and special tests, all while documenting as per policies and legal regulations.
• Order, interpret, and evaluate diagnostic tests to accurately assess and identify patient conditions.
• Continuously assess and evaluate patient needs and their responses to the care provided.
• Utilize sound nursing judgment in making patient care management decisions.
• Provide primary and emergency care for both occupational and non-occupational injuries and illnesses.
• Administer prescribed medications and over-the-counter drugs as ordered.
• Collaborate with the nursing team to devise comprehensive Plans of Care for all patients.
• Guide and direct ancillary personnel while maintaining professional nursing standards.
