Card Disputes & Discrepancies Rep

Your responsibilities as a Card Disputes & Discrepancies Representative :

  • Manage credit / debit card disputes & discrepancies, ensuring all issues are resolved efficiently and accurately.
  • Review member-submitted disputes, assess liability (including an understanding of Regulation E), and input details into applicable systems.
  • Analyze and correct card reports when they are out of balance, escalating issues to PSCU or other applicable systems as necessary.
  • Balance accounts with an understanding of general ledger basics, which includes managing debits and credits.
  • Utilize Excel proficiently for data management and analysis.
  • Work independently & collaboratively to manage tasks and shifting priorities throughout the day.
  • Communicate effectively with members to gather necessary information when investigating issues.

What You Bring :

  • Experience : A high school diploma or equivalent is required, one (1) year of experience in credit / debit card disputes / discrepancies, balancing accounts & general ledger functions, preferably in a financial institution.
