Eaton's EPG CHD EP Americas division is currently seeking a Foundry and Machining Utility Team Lead 3rd Shift.

The hourly rate for this position is $25.64 - $28.85 - $32.05 per hour. The hours for this shift are 10 : 00 pm - 6 : 30 am.

Salaries are based upon candidate skills, experience, and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

What you'll do : Position Overview :

The Utility Team Lead will ensure that all required utility work within the facility is completed to allow for production teams to function as required in the production departments.

In this function you will :

• Recognize, document and notify supervision of mechanical malfunctions and operating irregularities within the departments
• Maintain and follow all safety regulations associated and ensure compliance by utility employees. Lead and communicate a Zero Incident Safety Culture.
• Understand and ensure designated TPM functions in departments per MESH requirements.
• Utilization of production documentation in which to track equipment downtime, set up, and production events to help understand priorities of the utility staff.
• Promote a team environment, train team members as needed for work performance, communication, etc., and work closely with department FLL and Maintenance.
• Own a MESH Element supporting the Safety / Environmental Program
• Ensure that the equipment is maintained at appropriate levels of cleanliness, utility according to schedules defined and apply 5-S program / perform area cleaning
• Perform and maintain various recordkeeping duties.
• Be able to work in both machining and foundry work locations.
• Understanding of sand system maintenance, cleaning, and general system knowledge.
• This position is a working Team Lead position and approximately 70% of your time will require physical labor alongside team members.
• Work closely with Foundry and Machining Supervisors to schedule and perform tasks as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned throughout the facility.
