Responsible for replying to web-form inquiries submitted to Integra Partners from our provider / plan partners. Responsible for the review of DME claims for billing accuracy. Responsible for the investigation of root cause and for delivering a solution to our clients in a succinct, professional, and timely manner. Must maintain appropriate documentation and account records and ensure all work is in compliance with all legal, regulatory, and internal Integra policies and procedures, as applicable (including, but not limited to HIPAA compliance) at all times.
Salary : $19.00 / hour
JOB QUALIFICATIONS : KNOWLEDGE / SKILLS / ABILITIES
EDUCATION : High school diploma required
