American Traveler is seeking an Interventional Radiology Technologist with current Illinois licensure, ARRT certification, and at least 1 year of direct Interventional Imaging experience.
\n \n Responsibilities\n
Position is in the Interventional Radiology department with a focus on cardiology and vascular imagingDay shift schedule with four 10-hour shifts from 7 : 00 AM to 5 : 30 PMWeekend and on-call duties are requiredFloating between units and facilities within the health system may be required upon requestOrientation includes scheduled and non-billable modules, with additional hours requiring advanced manager approvalHoliday and weekend coverage may be required based on departmental needsAll time off must be declared at submission; no additional RTO will be honored after submittalCandidates must include Northwestern Medicine and acquired facilities in their employment historyCandidates living within 75 miles of the facility are considered locals, with rates adjusted accordinglyMedical and religious vaccine accommodations are reviewed case-by-case and must be properly documentedLicense must be in hand for consideration; pending or emergency licenses are not acceptedFloating to other units or facilities may occur, though it is rareReferences from a supervisor, manager, or charge RN within the last year are required for considerationCandidates who are Non-Licensed Direct Patient Caregivers and not listed as 'Eligible' in the IL Healthcare Worker Registry must travel to Illinois for mandatory fingerprinting prior to start; out-of-state fingerprinting is not accepted\n \n Requirements\n
