As a Medical Assistant you will be responsible for providing clinical and administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the medical office. You will support doctors and patients through a variety of tasks related to patient care management, organization and communication. The target is to complete all activities accurately, with high quality and in a timely manner.
Responsibilities
Interview patients and document basic medical historyOrganize and schedule appointmentsUpdate and file medical recordsBasic Rooming / Triage dutiesPerform EKG, UA's and additional testing as ordered by providerInjection administrationPrepare and clean treatment rooms and medical instrumentsSkills
Proven working experience as a medical assistant, CNA or LPNKnowledge of medical office management systems and proceduresExcellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize workSocial perceptiveness and service orientedExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong organizational and planning skillsProficiency in MS Office and patient management softwareCertification in medical assistance, CNA or LPNJob Type : Full-time
