A premier AmLaw 100 firm is seeking a talented Associate Attorney to join their esteemed Consumer Financial Services Practice Group . This is an exciting opportunity to work with a high-performing litigation team representing leading financial institutions and service providers in complex business and commercial disputes.
Candidate Profile
- JD from a top-tier law school with an excellent academic record
- Active Bar Admission in the relevant jurisdiction , in good standing
- 3-6 years of substantive litigation experience
- Interested in representing consumer-facing companies in regulated industries, especially decentralized and traditional finance
- Commercial, mortgage, auto, and credit card litigation experience, as well as the representation of financial institutions, is an advantage
- Demonstrated experience with client management , business development , and the independent management of cases
- Ability to thrive both as a team player and when working autonomously
- Soft Skills : Strong research, writing, communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills are essential. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented with sound professional judgment
Key Responsibilities
Case Management : Handle a broad range of litigation matters involving financial institutions, including consumer financial services disputes and regulatory mattersCourtroom Advocacy : Participate in depositions, hearings, motions practice, and other court proceedings at both the state and federal levelsClient Service : Communicate directly with clients, providing legal advice, regulatory guidance and updates on strategy, case developments, and litigation risks and government investigationsLegal Drafting : Draft pleadings, dispositive motions, briefs, and discovery responsesTeam Collaboration : Work closely with senior litigators and partners in a collaborative environment to deliver high-quality work and achieve client objectivesWhy Join Us?

Compensation & Benefits
