Lead Python Software Engineer

Our Dallas-based Saas client is seeking a Lead Python Software Engineer to join their growing engineering team in Addison, TX. This full-time, hybrid role supports their enterprise-scale analytics platform, built with Python / Django and React. You’ll work on modern microservices architecture hosted in Azure and help design the next generation of forward-looking analytics tools.

This is a hands-on leadership opportunity for an engineer eager to drive team performance and influence architectural direction. You’ll collaborate with a talented cross-functional group of developers, QA engineers, DevOps specialists, and Product Owners. Required Skills & Experience

• 6 + years of software engineering experience with Python / Django
• Expertise building and maintaining microservices architecture
• Solid experience with REST APIs and React-based front ends
• Strong understanding of authentication / authorization (Keycloak or similar)
• Proven ability to collaborate across teams and drive technical discussions
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
