Operations Planning Manager

Overview

The Operations Planning Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing the sales and operations planning process to align demand, supply, and financial goals. The role ensures cross-functional collaboration across departments such as sales, marketing, manufacturing, finance, and logistics to optimize inventory, production, and distribution strategies.

Planning & Forecasting

• Lead the division's Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) process to align demand, supply, and capacity across functions.
• Manage production planning and purchasing across multiple manufacturing sites.
• Improve demand planning processes to support accurate forecasting and business alignment.
• Develop and manage equipment loading plans.
