Essential Functions Pricing Coordinator Job Responsibilities :

  • Maintains database by entering new and updated pricing and data attributes.
  • Prepares source data for computer entry by compiling and sorting information.
  • Establishes entry priorities.
  • Processes internal and external source documents by reviewing data for inaccurate and incomplete information.
  • Resolves deficiencies by using standard procedures or returning incomplete documents to the team leader for resolution.
  • Completes data timely and accurately to support store receiving, pricing, and customer experience. Maintains data entry requirements by following data program techniques and procedures.
  • Verifies entered price and account data by reviewing, correcting, deleting, or reentering data.
  • Combine data from multiple systems as needed.
  • Purges files to eliminate duplication of data.
  • Tests data and system changes and upgrades by inputting new data.
  • Secures information for auditing purposes.
  • Maintains operations by following policies and procedures and reporting needed changes.
  • Maintains and protects data by keeping confidential information.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

The Pricing Coordinator is a full-time position that requires a candidate to work 40 hours per week, which can include some weekends and holidays. The candidate must have the ability to work non-traditional hours as needed to support the store operation and customer experience.

  • Basic proficiency with Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
