The Maintenance Engineer is a critical team player who understands that he / she are the protectors of the asset, working actively to minimize any exposure to the property.  Success in the position requires excellent communication with both hotel guests and our internal team members throughout the hotel.  The applicant must have proficiency in two or more of the following areas : HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, Carpentry and Painting.  This position requires an individual that works daily to ensure safe practices of themselves and other team members, following all Fairmont safety guidelines.
