As an unarmed Patrol Officer with Allied Universal at a logistics and distribution location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintaining a visible presence to help to deter security-related incidents. Your role involves conducting routine patrols, responding promptly to incidents, and providing exceptional customer service through clear communication. What You'll Do :

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures and following site-specific policies, including responding to emergencies as needed.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, maintaining professionalism at all times.

Conduct regular and random patrols around the facility and its perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and report any irregularities.

Monitor access points and check credentials of personnel, visitors, and vehicles entering or leaving the logistics and distribution location.

Observe and report any suspicious behavior, hazards, or maintenance concerns identified during patrols or while on post.

Complete all required logs, incident reports, and documentation promptly and accurately as per Allied Universal and client requirements.

Collaborate with other Allied Universal team members and site personnel to maintain a secure and orderly environment at the logistics and distribution location.

Minimum Requirements :

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
