As a Customer Service Representative in the real estate industry you will serve as the primary point of contact for clients prospects and internal stakeholders ensuring a seamless and professional experience throughout the property buying selling or leasing journey. This role is critical in building trust fostering long-term client relationships and supporting the sales team by providing timely accurate and empathetic service. You will manage inquiries coordinate appointments maintain client records and assist with documentation all while upholding the highest standards of confidentiality responsiveness and professionalism.
