Facilities Coordinator – Washington, DC (Onsite)
Duration : 2–3 months
Location : Fully Onsite in Washington, DC
We are seeking a Temporary Facilities Coordinator to support our client’s operations in Washington, DC. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, proactive, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for all onsite facilities-related needs.
Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and vendor services to ensure smooth daily operations.
Manage office supplies, equipment, and workspace logistics.
Assist with health, safety, and compliance requirements.
Support internal teams with space planning and event setup as needed.
Qualifications
Previous experience in facilities coordination, office management, or a similar role.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Comfortable working fully onsite.
