Bookkeeper- Long Island

ABOUT THE COMPANY

  • Our client is an established landscaping company in Long Island in need of a bookkeeper to join their growing business!

RESPONSIBILITIES of The Bookkeeper

  • Summarize details in separate ledgers and transfer data to general ledger.
  • Reconcile and balance accounts.
  • Compile reports to show cash receipts and expenditures, accounts payable and receivable, profit and loss, and other items pertinent to operation of business.
  • Deposit Bank checks daily
  • Handle customer's inquiry calls and ensure customers order
  • Originate and finalize estimates
  • Process payments for vendors and order supplies

    • Processed residential and commercial invoices for this established landscaping company.

    EXPERIENCE PREFERRED of The Bookkeeper :

  • 1-2 years bookkeeping experience
  • Bilingual - Spanish
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Compensation : $45,000.00-$60,000.00
