Knowledge and Skill Requirements :
Detail oriented and excellent follow-up skills a must. Must be an excellent communicator (verbally and written). Must be able to follow detailed instructions on every transaction.
Preferred Qualification(s) :
Construction equipment knowledge and phases of construction. Excellent on telephone while working with customers and outside rental reps.
Education Requirements :
Bachelor’s Degree (business, finance, marketing) preferred or five years relevant experience.

Preferred Experience and Skills :
Proficient in Microsoft Suite, (Word, Excel, power point), Power BI is a plus.
Physical and Mental Requirements :
Must be able to work continuously in spreadsheets, Dealer Business System and company and customer portals.
Work Environment :
Respond to all customer requests in a professional, courteous and timely manner. Always maintain a clean, professional personal appearance, meeting all Company standards.
Most work is conducted in a comfortable office environment but exposure to site conditions may also occur. Personal protective equipment must be worn in areas as required. Although the work usually is not considered inherently dangerous, employees must be careful while performing onsite services.
