Summary
The Workplace Experience Coordinator is responsible for delivering a world-class customer service experience to employees and guests within a designated building. This role supports day-to-day workplace operations and contributes to an exceptional client and visitor experience.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for all building entrants; greet visitors warmly, issue visitor and parking passes, and follow all security protocols.
- Answer incoming calls professionally, provide information, and support internal communications.
- Create presentations and present to groups of various sizes as needed.
- Arrange and confirm dining, recreational, and business activities on behalf of employees or guests.
- Manage janitorial and maintenance work orders; coordinate workplace services such as mail handling, office supplies, and onboarding support.
- Address employee and visitor inquiries or complaints, providing solutions with a customer service driven approach.
- Organize and manage on-site events, including securing event space, coordinating setup and teardown, and ensuring all supplies are delivered.
- Follow building-specific security and emergency procedures; notify appropriate personnel when necessary to ensure safety.
- Coordinate with vendors providing workplace services or goods.
- Communicate detailed or complex information with the team and follow instructions provided by management.
- Perform tasks using established procedures and guidelines; solve straightforward problems using standard methods with limited discretion.
Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED and up to 2 years of related experience.Ability to follow standard work routines and procedures.Strong communication skills to exchange clear and concise information.Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).Strong organizational abilities and an inquisitive, proactive mindset.Interview Process
