As a Senior Manager, you'll lead and mentor a team of CDH specialists focused on delivering real-time decisioning strategies that optimize customer experiences and business outcomes. You'll be a hands-on leader guiding a team of expert consultants who work 1 : 1 with clients to implement sophisticated customer engagement engines, personalization strategies, and real-time decisioning solutions. Your role will blend coaching, commercial acumen, and solution excellence to drive both team performance and measurable business impact for our clients. You will also need to be a passionate change agent, working across the business to build our relationships and pipeline with internal Sales Teams, Partners and Customers.

Team Leadership & Development (40%) :

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Specialist SCs focused on Customer Decision Hub implementations and customer engagement optimization.
• Foster a culture of commercial excellence, solution innovation, best practice implementation and continuous learning around real-time decisioning best practices.
• Support career growth through mentoring on both technical CDH capabilities and strategic selling methodologies.

Base salary range for this role is 148600 - 230600 USD annually. This role may also be eligible for annual bonus OR commission, as well as benefits and other incentives. The final compensation will be determined during the offer process based on the candidate's education, experience, skills, and qualifications, as well as market conditions and may vary from the posted range. We will share information on benefits, bonus / commission, and other pay components for this role at the relevant recruitment stage.
