Model Home Host
We are seeking a friendly, professional, and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Model Home Host on a temporary basis : January 10, 13, 14, 15, 16 from 10am to 6pm. Pay is $15 / hr.
In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for prospective buyers visiting our model homes. Your primary responsibility will be to create a welcoming environment, provide basic information about the homes and community, and support the sales team in achieving their goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome prospective buyers to the model home with a warm and professional demeanor.
- Provide initial information about the model home, available floor plans, community features, and amenities.
- Answer general questions and direct visitors to appropriate resources or the sales team.
- Ensure the model home is clean, presentable, and well-stocked with marketing materials at all times.
- Report any maintenance issues or supply shortages to the appropriate personnel.
- Collect visitor information and feedback, ensuring all data is accurately recorded in the visitor log or CRM system.
- Schedule follow-up appointments for interested buyers with the sales team.
- Assist with hosting special events or open houses, as needed.
- Maintain knowledge of company policies, procedures, and product offerings.
- Ensure adherence to all company and community guidelines during interactions with customers.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.Prior experience in customer service, hospitality, real estate, or a related field is a plus.Strong interpersonal and communication skills.Ability to multitask and remain organized in a fast-paced environment.Proficiency with basic computer applications, including Microsoft Office and CRM software.Professional appearance and demeanor.This is a drug free workplace.
