This position manages critical building operations through Building Automation Systems, focusing on monitoring mechanical infrastructure, fire and life safety alarms while providing 24 / 7 support for business continuity. The role combines technical expertise with customer service skills to track incidents, coordinate with field operations, manage work orders, and ensure proper facility system operation through virtual monitoring and proactive maintenance coordination.

Your day-to-day tasks will include :

• Managing critical alarms related to building mechanical infrastructure, fire, and life safety systems through Building Automation Systems
• Tracking, escalating, and communicating incidents with potential for business disruption through established channels and protocols
• Assisting field operations with equipment troubleshooting using building automation system information, trend data analysis, and system overrides
• Coordinating building shutdown activities through building automation systems and providing stakeholder notifications
• Validating vendor activity approvals prior to work commencement and ensuring compliance with established protocols
• Performing proactive virtual tours of all facility systems to verify proper operation and identify potential issues
• Receiving, generating, and processing work orders in designated systems while dispatching technicians and providing follow-up
• Managing, maintaining, and issuing required shift reports under client-defined critical deadlines
• Remaining calm and providing effective customer service during stressful or emergency situations
