Everlight Solar Technician Position

Everlight Solar is seeking an experienced technician responsible for leading HVAC system installations, troubleshooting, and ensuring code compliance. Requires EPA 608 Certification and 5+ years of field experience. This role is trusted to work independently and mentor junior team members. This is a permanent, full-time, direct-hire position. Responsibilities :

• Lead HVAC system installations and ensure all work meets code compliance standards.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair HVAC systems with minimal supervision.
• Lead and mentor a team of 2-3 apprentice electricians.
