A day in the life

From your first walk across the production floor in Maryland Heights, you’re focused on uptime and safety. You gear up with PPE, review the maintenance schedule, and prioritize proactive inspections that keep our equipment running at peak performance. You move from diagnosing a motor control issue to tuning a pneumatic circuit, logging your findings as you go. In between, you collaborate with teammates on a facility improvement project and share insights that help the line run more efficiently.

What you’ll take on

• Perform routine maintenance on machinery and facility systems to keep production moving
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical issues across conveyors, motors, hydraulics, and pneumatics
• Conduct regular inspections to spot potential failures before they happen
• Support and execute facility improvement projects
• Maintain accurate, timely maintenance records
