About the role :

The Principal Technical TA Partner will scale the engineering and product teams that power Liberate’s AI platform. This senior IC role carries full cycle ownership, from defining roles with leaders to sourcing and closing candidates, while ensuring a high bar for talent and candidate experience.

The ideal candidate has deep experience hiring software engineers as a primary focus and product talent as a secondary focus. They are technically literate, strong in sourcing, and skilled at influencing hiring decisions with data and market insights.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with engineering and product leaders to define success profiles and hiring strategy
• Source and engage top software engineering talent, with product as a secondary focus
• Maintain a rigorous quality bar while driving efficient process execution
• Own end to end recruiting from intake to close and onboarding handoff
• Provide market intelligence on compensation, talent availability, and competitive dynamics
• Apply AI recruiting tools to expand reach and reduce cycle time
