Specialist, Internal Transfers

Internal Transfer Specialists are responsible for the systemic movement of inventory between our DC's, stores and internal departments. Specialists communicate with internal partners in operations, merchandising, visual, etc. to coordinate what should arrive at the stores for new floor sets and biweekly transfers. Work with new store opening team to determine schedule and confirmation of product shipping to the store.

Process store transfers including new stores and LOFT locations :

• Process all store stock and customer's pick-up orders to stores
• Send confirmation of products the store should expect to visual team
• Work with visuals to make any changes prior to finalizing manifest
• Build manifest and communicate with distribution center outbound teams
• Confirm all transfers have been sent as expected and take action as needed if issues arise
