What You Will Do

Salesforce.com Solution Architects drive enterprise Salesforce.com implementations, including all project phases such as discovery, definition, build, test and deploy. After our sales team wins a project, you will become the main contact person for the client to manage their project to ensure it is delivered on time and on budget. As a Manager in Solution Architecture, you will bridge the gap between complex business problems and innovative technical solutions, understand business requirements, and define the solution architecture that translates these requirements into effective, workable solutions. Your expertise will guide technical decisions to ensure alignment with business outcomes and provide recommendations that propel the business forward.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Developing solutions to complex problems and recommending policy changes.
• Establishing procedures that affect your immediate work area and possibly the broader business function.
• Exercising judgment in selecting methods, techniques, and evaluation criteria for obtaining results.
